I. General ProvisionsThe regulations of the www.rcesklep.pl online store specify the rules for placing orders, methods of implementation, payment and complaints as well as general rules for the sale of goods via the online store operating at www.rcesklep.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Shop).
II. Transaction Items
The objects of transactions conducted via websites are the products listed in the offer, presented on the website of the online store www.rcesklep.pl
All products in the store's offer are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
III. Placing orders
Placing orders in the online store www.rcesklep.pl takes place via:
- completing the form on the store's website;
- sent an e-mail containing data on the ordered goods to the address of the store;
- telephone contact.
Orders can be placed both by customers who have an account on the store's website (registered customers), as well as by customers who do not have such an account (new customers).
An individual Customer account is created by correctly completing the registration form on the Store's website or sending by e-mail the data necessary to create such an account. Creating an account allows a registered customer to place orders without having to fill out the order form.
The basic condition for the execution of an order placed by a new Customer is to specify the type and quantity of ordered goods and to place/confirm the order. Placing an order correctly means providing:
-name, surname and exact address
- landline or mobile phone number and e-mail address, under which it will be possible to confirm and verify the order.
Incorrectly placed orders will not be accepted for execution by the Store.
In the event of ambiguity regarding the orders sent, the Store reserves the right to suspend the implementation or change the terms of the order. The Store undertakes to immediately notify the Customer of the occurrence of such a situation.
The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new products to the Store's offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's website or make changes to them. Changes to the terms of the order cannot be made after it has been accepted for execution by the Store.
The information about the goods posted on the store's website is only an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 pairs 1 in connection with Art. 61 pairs 2 of the Civil Code. By completing the order form, the customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product offered by the Store.
IV. Confirmation and verification of orders
Within 72 hours of confirming the order, the Store may verify it. Verification is done by phone or via e-mail. Orders whose verification turns out to be impossible or which, as a result of the verification, raise reasonable doubts as to their reliability, will be canceled by the Store. The Store undertakes to immediately notify the Customer about the cancellation of the order.
The order placed by the Customer is considered approved and accepted for execution if it is confirmed and not canceled by the Store.
The calculation of the above deadlines does not take into account the period between 4:00 p.m. on Friday and 8.00 on Monday and between 4.00 p.m. on the day preceding a public holiday and 8.00 on the working day following such day.
V. Payments and delivery of ordered products
Payment for the ordered goods, including shipping costs, should be made by prepayment to a bank account. The goods will be sent after the money is credited to the account.
The ordered goods are delivered to the Customer via a courier company.
The purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated in the order form.
Ordered goods can also be picked up in person at our headquarters without incurring additional shipping costs by appointment.
We issue receipts or VAT invoices.

IX. Safety rules
All data provided by the Customer, in particular the address of residence, e-mail address and telephone number, are stored by the Store with due diligence and will not be made available to third parties.
We store data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
In particular, the user should:
1. Enter your login and password.
2. Keep the login and password to the User's account secret and do not disclose them to third parties.
3. After using the store, log out.
4. Use anti-virus programs and regularly scan your drives for viruses.
5. Use the services through trusted and proven devices where proven software is installed. Using someone else's devices increases the risk of your login and password being intercepted. Remember that browsers do not save your login and password.

XI. Final Provisions
Placing an order for a specific product by the Customer means acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.
The competent court for the settlement of disputes that may arise from contracts concluded on the basis of these regulations is the court competent for the registered office of the Seller.
Shipping cost
They depend on the size of the shipment and it is not possible to determine them without measuring the shipment. Note!!!
We reserve the right to change the number of packages or shipping costs, due to the quantity, type and size of the purchased products.

Order processing time
Depending on the type of ordered goods, the delivery time is from 4 to 28 working days.
